Clocks going back!

British Summer Time (BST) finishes this weekend, Sunday 31st at 2am. The nights are now really drawing in, & we all want to curl up on the sofa with the TV and a cup of tea, or perhaps something else!  

But remember we need to keep active, this is good for our wellbeing, even if it’s just 1/2 hour brisk walk at the weekend,  it is beneficial and you will feel better.

Enjoy the extra hour in bed on Sunday.
